Cape Codswallop is a location appearing to take place on a peninsula with lakes surrounding it. There are also windmills existing around the area, where some levels may take place in.

This area is the very first world in the game. It features simple areas for Dixie and Kiddy to navigate through. It is simply a replacement to Lake Orangatanga from Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie Kong's Double Trouble!. The boss in the area is Barbos.
