Bully the Bullies

Bully the Bullies is the second mission of Super Mario 64 and its remake Super Mario 64 DS.

Layout[]

The general layout of Lethal Lava Land is unchanged for this mission, so it is possible to also complete in other missions.

Objective[]

SM64DS Big Bully in LLL Mission 2 — Wario fighting a Big Bully, who appears after defeating the Bullies, in *Super Mario 64 DS*

Mario (or either Yoshi, Luigi, or Wario in Super Mario 64 DS) has to defeat three Bullies on a large platform at the back right. To reach there, Mario has to take the left path at the first split, followed by the right path at the next split, and then use the various platforms in order to reach the three Bullies. While battling the Bullies, all three may sometimes charge at Mario at the same time. The platform also has coins arranged in a circle formation, and collecting a few can provide benefit in case Mario has taken damage from falling into the lava.

After defeating the three Bullies, a Big Bully falls down onto the platform. Just like in the previous mission, Boil the Big Bully, Mario has to defeat the Big Bully by pushing it into the lava. In doing so, the mission's Power Star appears in the center of the platform.

Trivia[]

Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury features a mission in Fort Flaptrap titled "Bully the Cat Bullies," a title that references Bully the Bullies.
