Bub-ulbs are a recurring species in the Paper Mario series. They are a species of flowers that are green in color with a flower stemming form their heads.

In Paper Mario, Bub-ulbs can be found in various locations. When Mario comes across one and speaks to it, they will give him a Magical Seed. Mario must collect all four of these seeds in order to gain access to the Flower Gate, the way into Flower Fields.

Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door

In Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, Mario can find this species in Petalburg. One Bub-ulb, by the name of Bub-ulber, will give Mario a Dried Bouquet.
