Bright Idea is a microgame featured in Kat and Ana's Ninja Scribble stage in WarioWare: Touched!

Gameplay[]

Bright Idea is a double-length microgame in which the player has to connect the left and right wires of the light bulb to each respective side of the battery. If done successfully, the player wins the microgame, and an image in the background is revealed (similar to the WarioWare: Twisted! microgame of the same name). In later difficulty settings, if the player connects an unconnected wire, some of the microgame time is lost. The player loses the microgame if both light bulb wires are not connected to the battery on time.

Difficulty levels[]

  • Level 1: There are two connected wires, and connecting them reveals Santa Claus.
  • Level 2: There are two connected wires and two unconnected ones. Connecting the wires reveals a burglar facing the camera in shock while running away.
  • Level 3: There are two connected wires and four unconnected ones. Connecting the wires reveals either a picture of a woman about to eat the last cake slice or a man looking at a mirror, fixing his hair.

Trivia[]

  • In early Japanese copies of WarioWare: Touched!, Bright Idea has a bug that prevents the wires from being drawn, making it impossible to win.[1] The same version features two other Ninja Scribble microgames, The Proud, the Fuse and Midnight Weirdo, that cannot be completed due to a bug.
