GBA Bowser Castle 3 is the third Bowser Castle in Mario Kart: Super Circuit and the final course in Star Cup. The course takes place outside of the castle, the background proving that. At the end of the course, near the finish line, Kamek can be seen swooping back and forth. This course includes lava as a hazard and sharp turns. Other hazards in the course include Thwomps and Podoboos. This course reappears in Mario Kart Wii. In the Mario Kart Wii version, the graphics are updated and 3D instead of 32-bit 2D, an the road is pale-grey with a slight pink tint instead of sky blue. Also, Kamek does not return, a goal gate taking his place at the starting line.
The course makes a return in Mario Kart Tour with more ramps on the course and having a similar environment to the first Bowser Castle.
