Bowser's Body is one of the main settings in Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story and its Nintendo 3DS remake Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story + Bowser Jr.'s Journey. Mario and Luigi find themselves trapped there toward the beginning of the game when Bowser, affected by the machinations of Fawful, invades Princess Peach's Castle and inhales up the brothers along with many others. While inside Bowser, Mario and Luigi use a series of bodily functions to traverse the environment and help Bowser.
Later in the game, Mario, Luigi, and Starlow discover pipes inside Bowser that lead to various locations in the outside world.
