Bowser's Enchanted Inferno! is the final and only unlockable board in Mario Party 7. It takes place in an amusement park over lava.
Story[]
In Solo Cruise, the player would face Bowser here after buying a Star, costing twenty coins. Then, after getting to the center, Bowser will appear.
Bowser will challenge the player to a minigame, Bowser's Lovely Lift. If you beat it, you would defeat Bowser and he would land on a deserted island. The player will then wave from a cruise ship to complete Story Board.
During Bowser Time, Bowser will sink whatever island has the Star. Any players on that island will be sunk into lava and returned to the center. They will then lose either a Star or half of their coins.
Green Spaces[]
- In Party Cruise, a Klepto (if the player lands on the first Green Space on the south island and the other Happening Space on the west island) shows up and moves the Star to a different location. This is similar to the Lucky Lamp, Chomp Call, and the Tweester Capsule --from Mario Party 3, 4, and 5-- which move the Star Space to another location (in the said previous three installments). The Chomp Call returns as an ordinary item in Mario Party Superstars.
- On the furthest corners of all the islands: A Koopa Kid will grab the player and toss him/her into a cannon then the player will get propelled to a random island other than the one he/she is on.
- On either the left or the right side of the north island: The player will face Koopa Kid in a wrestling match. In order for the player to win, he/she must rapidly press the A button. And the player must push him (Koopa Kid) into the lava. If the player wins, they get 10, 15, or 20 coins.
- On top of the ladder on the west island: The player will ride a roller coaster for lots of coins.
- The right side of the south island: You go across stepping stones. Pressing left goes to the left of the two ad vice versa is true for the right. If the player picks the wrong one, he/she will fall into the lava. If the player gets three correct choices in a row, they get a free Star.
- The top right section of the east island between the bridge and the cannon: A fire breathing Mecha-Bowser burns the player to a crisp, and he/she will lose five to ten coins.
Solo Cruise[]
On Solo Cruise, the player --or the opponent-- wins by acquiring one star (by passing a Star Space and trading 20 coins for a star). Then they --the player or the opponent-- must bring the star to Bowser and beat him at a minigame (that being Bowser's Lovely Lift).
Trivia[]
- Despite being a Bowser board, Bowser's Enchanted Inferno! has no Bowser Spaces, something that is also the case for Bowser's Pinball Machine in Mario Party DS.
- On the wrestling match with Koopa Kid on the Green Space, this resembles the Mario Party 4 minigame Bowser Wrestling.
- Since the player must wrestle with Koopa Kid and push him into the lava, this is similar to the Koopaling boss battles from Super Mario World and its GBA reissue Super Mario Advance 2: Super Mario World (resembling the Iggy and Larry boss fights). (That is, Iggy the first Koopaling boss and Larry the seventh and final one. That is, given that Super Mario World is the only time where the Koopaling Ludwig is not the final Koopaling boss to be fought.)
- Since Iggy and Larry (along with the Koopalings Lemmy and Wendy --the 3rd and 6th Koopaling bosses) all went into the lava when they were defeated, the player must defeat the Koopa Kid by pushing him into the lava. And so, the Koopa Kid fight (on the Green Space) resembles the Iggy and Larry boss fights from Super Mario World.
