Bowser's Body is the main playing area in Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story. Mario and Luigi become trapped there toward the beginning of the game when Bowser under the influence of the Vacuum Shroom, inhales everyone at Princess Peach's meeting. Mario and Luigi then must search for the Princess, their friends, and everyone else who was inhaled by Bowser within his body. While inside Bowser, Mario and Luigi use a series of nerves and muscles stimulation to direct and assist Bowser.
On the map of Bowser's body, the open areas with enemies are denoted with green circles, places where minigames are played are red circles, places where moves are unlocked are blue circles, and finally the only other place, the challenge node, is yellow.
Later in the game, Mario, Luigi & Starlow find pipes inside Bowser that lead to the outside world.
