A Bonus Question Block is a special block that can be found in the Remix 10 mode in Super Mario Run. It is a flashing rainbow-colored block similar to the Question Block in the Coin Mode of Toad Rally, and they can be used only in the Super Bonus Game, an refurbish version of the Bonus Game played at the end of every 10 courses. If a player hits one, they will allows the player a rare randomly object (one of them will guarantee an 3 Star item or more) that can be passed down in the Kingdom Builder. They also may give rewards the player of a 6-Star item, however it can lose in the regular Bonus game.

The Super Bonus Game also can be gain access from the map of the screen. The player must load the gauge up by racking up Bonus Medals that can be found throughout the courses. If the gauge is full, the gauge will go back and accept the player a chance to play the Super Bonus Game. The number of how many chances to play is specify by the badge on the right hand corner of the icon with the gauge under it.

Similar than the Question Block, the uniqueness of the item the player be awarded from a Bonus Question Block is determined by how many times they are up to hit it (chosen at random), although this time the player is guaranteed to hit the bonus block at least three times. The minimum and most common number of how many times that a Bonus Question Block can be hit is three, which accepts a 3 Stars reward, while the maximum and the rarest amount is six, which yields a 6 Star reward.
