Boneheads is a character in WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Microgame$!. He is a skeleton who bears the appearance of a Japanese shogun.

Boneheads is featured in the plot for Kat & Ana's stage. He possesses the prince or princess of the Diamond City Castle. Ana and a team of six ninjas attempt to stop Boneheads, but all of them fail, so Ana sends a letter to Kat asking for her help. Immediately upon receiving the latter, Kat and her dog, Paw, rush to the Castle, where Boneheads challenges them to come to him on the top floor. The player must clear a series of microgames as Kat and Paw progress along.
At the top, Kat also fails to take out Boneheads, although her dog Paw turns into a sword that Kat uses to rip Boneheads to shreds.
