Bombshell Bill Blasters are enemies featured in both Paper Mario and Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door.

Paper Mario

Bomshell Bill Blasters can be quite tricky. They fire a bullet every two turns, and stand idol every second turn. They won't launch a new bill if there's already one out, either. These cannons are powerful variants of regular Bill Blasters, but are gold and have much more powerful stats. They also can't attack, much like the regular cannon. During a battle with these, if Mario is at a low enough level to receive Star Points from the Bombshell Bullet Bills, Mario can keep on fighting, without damaging the Cannons to receive the maximum number of Star Points from a battle, 100. This trick can be done in The Thousand-Year Door, but it isn't likely to receive Star Points from Bombshell Bills that late in the game.

Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door

They are also found only in the final dungeon in the game, this one being the Palace of Shadow. Like their original Paper Mario versions, they take up a turn to do nothing, and use their next turn to launch a bombshell.

Tattle This is a B. Bill Blaster. B. Bill Blasters shoot a constant stream of Bombshell Bills. Max HP: 10, Defense Power: 4 They won't attack you directly. They're pretty resilient. You have to keep attacking 'em, though, otherwise the air will be filled with Bombshell Bills. And nobody wants that.
