Bob-OOOM! is a single-player minigame in Mario Party Advance.
Layout[]
The player's character stands on a thin platform held up by three bronze Bowser Statues on the left and right sides each. The Bowser Statues themselves are standing on a thin platform of an identical type.
Opening[]
The player's character is given a Bob-omb from above. After waiting for a second, the character drops the Bob-omb, which explodes onto the bottom two Bowser Statues, therefore destroying them.
Gameplay[]
The player's character has to drop Bob-ombs with the right timing so that it explodes onto at least one Bowser Statue, therefore cracking and destroying it. The player earns points from destroying the Bowser Statues. If the Bob-omb is flashing, this indicates that it will soon explode, and if the player holds the Bob-omb too long, the resulting explosion stuns them temporarily. Destroying two Bowser Statues at once adds four seconds to the timer; destroying three at once adds six seconds to the timer; and destroying four at once adds eight seconds to the timer. When an entire set of Bowser Statues are destroyed, more appear to replace them.
In Shroom City mode, the player must earn 1,500 points to win the minigame.
