Boathouse

The Boathouse is a small store run by two Raccoons in Super Mario Sunshine. It is located in Delfino Plaza, and Mario can access the shop after defeating a Polluted Piranha Plant on the pier side of Delfino Plaza. This also opens the entrance to Ricco Harbor whose entrance is on the side of this building.

The Boathouse exchanges a Shine Sprite for every ten Blue Coins. The interior of the store is very simple with just a counter, a shelf, and a giant Shine Sprite model on the shelf. The Boathouse is run by two Raccoons. There are 240 blue coins for Mario to collect all around Isle Delfino, so a total of twenty-four Shine Sprites are obtained here.

If Mario could only collect Shine Sprites through getting blue coins, Mario would need 1,200 blue coins to get all 120 Shine Sprites.
