The blorbs causes a Toad to appear in an enormous, round shape. The blorbs is caused by a Blorb Mushroom. The only cure for the blorbs is the Miracle Cure.

The blorbs is a disease created by Fawful. It spreads all over the Mushroom Kingdom after he gave Blorb Mushrooms to several of the Toads.

During Mario and Luigi's journey, several areas of Toad Town are blocked off by Toads afflicted with the blorbs, due to their large size. Several of the Toads infected with blorbs are inside of Toadley Clinic, although one of them unexpectedly says that he normally has such an appearance, which becomes evident after the Miracle Cure restores every other Toad. Once every Toad has been cured, Mario and Luigi can explore the other areas of Toad Town freely.
