Blooper is a character in Mario Party Advance. He is a representative of his species of the same name, having the same appearance as them.

Blooper is found at the Mushroom Beacon, where he trains regularly to become a master duelist. He challenges the player's character to the Hammergeddon mini-game. If the player wins at the mini-game, they get to unlock it.
Later on, at Sushi Cliff, Blooper is listed as one of the suspects who dragged Shroomlock of the cliff and into the ocean. Between him, Cheep Cheep, and Dolphin, Blooper is discovered to be the culprit, as his tentacles make Blooper the only one out of the three with the ability to drag Shroomlock into the ocean.
