Birdies are enemies that appear in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. They serve as bodyguards for Valentina; though, they despise her due to her overworking them. They aided in Valentina's attempted takeover of Nimbus Land who attempted to use Dodo to impersonate Prince Mallow. However, their plan was foiled by Mario, Mallow, and the others. They look like birds, hence the name.

Battle

In battle, Birdies can attack physically with their spears. They can use a special attack called Grinder that deals high damage.

Strategy

Birdies are weak to ice, so Mallow's Snowy is an effective way to damage them.
