Bills are a type of currency featured in the Luigi's Mansion series. They first appear in Luigi's Mansion.

Bills are collectible items usually found in groups by examining various furniture or by using the Poltergust 3000 to vacuum at certain chandeliers, such as the one in the Foyer. Bills are among the treasures to contribute to Luigi's Gold ("G") counter. Luigi can collect Bills by either touching them or vacuuming them into his Poltergust 3000. Because of their lighter weight, Bills fall in the air slower than other treasure, and can take slightly longer to vacuum into the Poltergust 3000 than Coins.

Each Bill is worth 20,000G, being the second-least valuable form of money, after Coins. Bills are colored either green or orange, but this does not affect their value.

Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon[]

Bills have the same role as before, although they are instead worth 5G each, a lot lower than in Luigi's Mansion. Bills are only featured in green.

Luigi's Mansion 3[]

Bills retain their same usual role. If Luigi vacuums at a money bag using his Poltergust G-00, the money bag gets destroyed and releases several Bills into the air. If Luigi destroys a piggy bank, it releases a few Bills and several coins.

Crossover appearances[]

Super Smash Bros. series[]

In Super Smash Bros. Brawl and Super Smash Bros. for Wii U, Green Bills are featured in Coin Battles, in which they have more value than coins.
