Big Popper is a single-player minigame in Mario Party Advance.
Layout[]
The minigame takes place on a flat, horizontal plane with a wall on each side. Princess Peach's Castle is visible in the distant background.
Opening[]
The player's character is standing in the center of the area as a bubble descends. They immediately walk over and fan the bubble into the spike, popping it.
Gameplay[]
The player has to pop bubbles by using a fan to make the bubbles move to the spike to earn points. Fanning more bubbles into the spikes consecutively causes the point multiplier displayed on the spiked wheel to increase, going from "×1" to "×3" to "×5" to "×7" and finally to "×10," though this decreases over time if more bubbles are not popped before. If a bubble hits the ground, the player loses ten points. After one minute has passed, the minigame ends.
In the Shroom City mode, the goal is to earn 70 points, while in Mini-Game Attack, the goal is to reach 200 points. If the player does not reach the required number of point on time, they lose.
In Play Land mode, over time, the sky turns orange, where more bubbles fall faster. As time passes, more bubbles appear on the field; amongst these are red bubbles, which not only increase points if popped but also increase time.
Controls[]

Behind the scenes[]
