Big Daddy of Blooper-surfing

The Big Daddy of Blooper-surfing is a tan-colored Pianta character who appears in Super Mario Sunshine. His name refers to how he owns several Blooper Racers that he allows Mario to ride on for free.

The Big Daddy of Blooper-surfing only appears in Ricco Harbor during two episodes, both of which involve Mario riding a Blooper Racer.

The Big Daddy of Blooper-surfing first appears in Episode 2: Blooper Surfing Safari, where Mario has to ride on a Blooper Racer during a timed race. If Mario clears the race fast enough, the Big Daddy of Blooper-surfing gives him a Shine Sprite. If Mario does not, he loses an extra life from failing to meet the object.

His next appearance is in Episode 6: Red Coins on the Water. Here, the Big Daddy of Blooper-surfing leases Mario a Blooper Racer for free, as Mario is required to ride one to collect all of the red coins within the time limit.
