Template:Enemy Beanies are bean-like enemies in Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga. They can be found in Hoohoo Mountain or at the forest near the Beanbean Castle. They also assist Queen Bean during the boss battle inside the castle. When Beanies attack, they run toward Mario or Luigi in a full-charged tackle. Sometimes they trip over before attacking. Like Goombas and Paragoombas, there are also Beanies and Parabeanies. Beanies are often considered to be the equivalent of the Mushroom Kingdom Goombas . They attack much like the Goombas, only a bit clumsy. They have an appearance of a large green bean-like body and smiling grins.
Beanies reappear in Mario & Luigi: Dream Team where they are only seen during a Gold Beanie's charge attack in the Dream World. The Gold Beanie can hide in one of the regular Beanies where Mario must jump onto it to stun it.
