Barrel Swing

Barrel Swing is Donkey Kong's Star Swing in Mario Super Sluggers. It replaces his Banana Ball from Mario Superstar Baseball, which he instead only uses for pitching.

Description[]

Upon initiating Barrel Swing, Donkey Kong pounds his chest a few times, and a barrel drops down from the sky. Donkey Kong then hits the barrel, causing it to roll across the field. If no fielder catches the barrel, it continues to roll. If a fielder tries to catch it, they become stunned for a while after catching the ball, and the barrel disappears. It is possible for Donkey Kong to score a home-run when using a Barrel Swing.
