Bait 'n Wait is a Gaddget in Mario Party Advance. It is obtained from Lakitu upon completing the What's That Line? quest. In its description, Bait 'n Wait is said to be a way to enjoy fishing while at home.

Bait 'n Wait simply features catching regular fish swimming around in a miniature lake. Once the bait has been thrown into the lake, the fishing pole remains still. If the bobber sinks, this indicates that a fish has taken the bait, and the player can capture the fish by reeling it in using the fishing pole.
