He is a background character in the movie, and has a single line saying that an NES works great, and that the ownerjust has to blow into it

His line is a reference about how sometimes games on the NES wouldn't work, but many people just take the game out, blow into it, put it back in, and it works.
- However, the blowing into the game has nothing to do with the game working and that it was just that the game was taken out and put back in.
