A Speeding Bill takes place in the Mushroom Stadium, where it is provided by Bullet Bill. It begins if the player's character agrees to challenge Bullet Bill, who boasts about his skills, claiming to have obtained a hundred medals, and asks the player if they think they can outrace him. By replying yes, Bullet Bill laughs but nonetheless offers a Gaddget as a reward for winning.
The scene transitions to a horizontal stadium track, where the player has to repeatedly press 
until their character crosses the finish line, which is a very short distance away from the starting point. If the player's character wins, Bullet Bill is stupefied, admits that he had been egoistical, and gives the player the Mini Soccer Gaddget. If the player loses, Bullet Bill continues boasting about his skill, telling the player's character to run away since they failed to get close to him.
